  • Our client, a Geneva-based Swiss bank, is seeking an Accountant - Financial & Regulatory Reporting

    VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

    • Oversee daily accounting operations for one or several Group entities.
    • Prepare and review monthly reconciliations for specific accounts.
    • Support the Head of Accounting in preparing the Group’s half-year and year-end financial statements.
    • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested by senior management.
    • Produce and submit regulatory statistics for all operating entities within the Group to the Swiss National Bank.
    • Collaborate closely with the Risk Department on matters related to Basel Principles, capital adequacy, liquidity coverage ratios (LCR), net stable funding ratios (NSFR), leverage ratios, and interest rate risk.
    • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and simulations related to capital adequacy, advising the Group on potential corporate actions.
    • Conduct regular regulatory monitoring and support Basel IV implementation across the Group.

    VOTRE PROFIL

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliancea iin a private bank or in an audit firm.
    • Familiarity with Swiss banking regulations and Basel standards is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Fire/Focus, SAP/G2, or similar accounting systems.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Fluent in both English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication in both languages.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with excellent organizational skills.
    • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including finance, risk, and compliance departments.

  • Our client, a Geneva-based Swiss bank, is seeking a Compliance Officer

    VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

    • Review new account applications for compliance with Client Due Diligence (CDD), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, Tax, and Swiss regulatory standards.
    • Assist the Front Office throughout the account opening process.
    • Manage sanctions (OFAC, EU, SECO), PEP, and AML monitoring alerts, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
    • Conduct periodic reviews of customer profiles and account documentation prepared by Client Relationship Managers (CRMs).
    • Provide training to staff on key regulatory topics, including CDD, AML, Sanctions, and other compliance matters.
    • Perform KYC assessments on counterparty banks.
    • Maintain comprehensive audit trails for alert reviews and clarifications.
    • Prepare and submit reports for MROS or respond to authority requests.
    • Support the Compliance Division's Quality Assurance Program.

    VOTRE PROFIL

    • University degree in Law, Business Administration, or equivalent.
    • Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Compliance Management or equivalent.
    • 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar compliance role within banking, including handling account openings and customer profile reviews.
    • In-depth knowledge of Swiss regulatory requirements (AML, KYC, CDB, and related banking regulations).
    • Experience with FATCA, QI, AEI, FinSA, and FinIA is a strong asset.
    • Expertise in Commodity Trade Finance.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High ethical standards, with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.

    VOTRE PROFIL

    • Minimum of 10 years in Private Banking as a Relationship Manager.
    • Degree in finance, economics, or a similar field. A post-graduate qualification such as CFA is ideal. Valid certification as a Client Advisor (CWMA) is required.
    • Proven business development experience in Private Banking, with a track record of developing new client relationships and sales success. Strong understanding of investments, banking, and trust concepts, including asset allocation, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, and portfolio reviews.
    • Independent, agile, enthusiastic, initiative-driven, and service-oriented. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills. High degree of personal integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, and innovative mindset.
    • Excellent knowledge of English and French or German. Additional languages are a strong asset.
    • Valid working permit for Switzerland.

    • Strong risk awareness and a high level of ethics.

    • Thorough knowledge of Swiss Wealth Management rules and regulations.
